You will be working across all areas of the kitchen, including larder, grill, pass, food preparation and service. You will be maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, and maintaining food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.

- Previous commercial kitchen experience
- Confident working across all kitchen sections
- Competent on larder, grill and pass
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work under pressure
- Available to work 7 days a week
- Works well as part of a team
