Thai Room is an award-winning Thai restaurant on Victoria Square in Adelaide's CBD, pairing modern Thai cooking with a wine list of more than 99 labels. We're looking for a full-time chef to join our kitchen team.

What you'll do

- Prep and cook across the menu during busy lunch and dinner services
- Keep dishes consistent with our recipes and presentation standards
- Stock, label and rotate your section, and keep it clean
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- Work with the team on specials and set menus

What we need

- Experience cooking in an Asian restaurant kitchen
- Thai cooking experience is a robust advantage
- Full Australian work rights (we can't offer sponsorship for this role at least not for the first year )
- Available for nights and weekends
- Reliable, tidy and able to work under pressure

What you get

- $72,000 - $78,000 + super
- 5 days a week, 38-42 hours
