The role includes a wide range of responsibilities, ranging from leadership, dish costing and procedure implementation, assisting the leadership team with day-to-day management as well as contributing to dish development. Key Responsibilities
- To prepare, cook and present (or otherwise delegate to other kitchen staff including cooks) food for consumption
- Supervising and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers.
- Inspecting supplies, equipment's and work areas for cleanliness and functionality.
- Ordering and maintain inventory of food and supplies.
- Ensuring food preparation and quality is of the highest standard possible

Key Requirements
- Applicant must have at least 1-Year of relevant employment experience
- Applicant will ideally hold relevant vocational or tertiary qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for food
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Strong work ethic
- Adhere to all Food Health and Safety Regulations
- Availability to work weekends
Position Offers:
- Full time Hours
- Permanent
- Salary between $75,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation
