About the Role

SSP Australia is looking for passionate and experienced Chefs, Cooks and Kitchen Hands to join our exciting new dining precinct at Sydney Airport T2, featuring MoVida @ The Airport, The Rocks Taphouse and St Ali.

We are currently recruiting for multiple kitchen positions across our new Sydney Airport T2 precinct, including Chef de Partie, Cook/Chef and Kitchen Hand roles.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the launch of a new dining destination and work alongside experienced culinary teams across a range of exciting hospitality concepts. We have opportunities available across Full-Time, Part time and Casual positions, with roles suited to different levels of experience.

What Skills & Experience Are We Looking For?

- Chefs, Cooks, and Kitchen Hands are encouraged to apply

- Previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment is desirable
- For Chef positions: Previous experience within a similar role of preferably 2 years
- For Chef positions: Food Safety Supervisor Certificate – desirable

- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong multitasking skills and a can-do attitude

- Reliable, positive and willing to learn
