Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30am–1pm & 3pm–7pm, plus Saturday 8am–1pm

Remuneration: Hourly rate based on skills, experience and qualifications

Wellbeing Chiropractic is looking for a Chiropractic Assistant Leader to join our team in the Southeast suburbs of Melbourne.

This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on clinic work with leadership, coaching and team development. You’ll support the day-to-day operation of our clinics while helping our Chiropractic Assistant team grow, develop and succeed.

About the Role

This is a dual-role position combining Chiropractic Assistant responsibilities with leadership and team development.

You’ll work alongside chiropractors and clinic teams to deliver an exceptional patient experience, while also coaching, mentoring and supporting Chiropractic Assistants across our clinics.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, coaching and mentoring Chiropractic Assistants
- Supporting the onboarding and training of new team members
- Providing ongoing feedback, coaching and development
- Building a collaborative, accountable and positive team culture
- Supporting team members to achieve their goals
- Working with management to improve systems, processes and team performance




- Supporting chiropractors throughout patient appointments
- Managing reception, appointments and patient enquiries
- Ensuring clinics operate smoothly and professionally
- Creating a welcoming and positive experience for every patient

All hours worked will be paid at the Chiropractic Assistant Leader rate, recognising the leadership responsibilities of the role.

About You

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people grow and succeed.

You’ll ideally have:

- At least 1 year of experience leading or managing a team
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- An interest in coaching, mentoring and developing others
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- A positive, professional and approachable manner
- The ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in a busy environment
- A strong commitment to customer service and patient care
- The ability to lead by example and contribute positively to team culture

Experience in chiropractic, allied health, customer service, reception, administration, training or mentoring will be highly regarded. Training & Development

No chiropractic experience? No problem. Comprehensive training will be provided.
