True North Personnel is recruiting experienced civil plant operators, supervisors, project management and servicing personnel for the bulk earthworks project at the current Mt Bundy Gold Mine.
Commencing around 20 October, the project is expected to run for approximately seven months, offering a Monday–Friday roster, 11.5 paid hours per day, penalty rates, weekly pay, and full camp accommodation and meals.
Please note: These are not FIFO opportunities. Applicants must be based in Darwin or prepared to relocate to Darwin at their own expense.

- Civil Production Project Manager
- Civil Production Supervisor
- Production Excavator Operators
- Grader Operator — non-GPS
- Dump Truck and Watercart Operators
- Roller Operators
- Compactor Operators — GPS blade experience required
- Serviceman
What is on offer

The work
You will contribute to the safe and productive delivery of bulk civil earthworks. Depending on your position, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating relevant plant safely and efficiently to meet daily production requirements
- Completing equipment pre-start checks and reporting faults or maintenance needs
- Coordinating with supervisors and other operators to keep work progressing safely
- Maintaining equipment and work areas to site standards
- Following site procedures, safety requirements and work instructions
- Supervisory and project management applicants should demonstrate experience coordinating civil earthworks crews, plant and production activities.
What you will bring
Demonstrated experience relevant to your chosen position
- Relevant licences, tickets or qualifications
- Current White Card and driver licence
- GPS blade experience if applying for a Compactor Operator position
- A strong commitment to safety and a reliable approach to work
- The ability to work effectively within a civil construction team
- Availability to commence around 20 October
- Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
