New 2026 contracts across the Goldfields and Pilbara. Jump between excavators, loaders, graders and dozers on a real pipeline.

Bullet Points

● FIFO 2&1 Perth or Kalgoorlie, residential options too

● Excavators, loaders, graders, dozers, your call

● Real career pathways, not just a poster in the shed

Why you'll want this one

● FIFO 2&1 from Perth or Kalgoorlie, with residential options on the table too

● Competitive rates plus super on all hours, casual or full-time

● A genuine 2026 project pipeline, not a "might have work in a few months" pitch

● Real career pathways in a team that backs initiative rather than micromanaging it

What you'll actually be doing

Jumping between excavators, loaders, graders and dozers across bulk earthworks, drill pad preparation, road and camp construction, haul road maintenance, stormwater drainage and mine site rehabilitation. If you've got final trim experience on GPS, Trimble or TopCon, that's your chance to show off. You'll work from plans and specs, handle basic servicing and minor repairs on your gear,

and keep your paperwork square.

Who thrives in this seat

Someone who gets bored doing one thing all day. You like variety in your swing as much as your machine, you're accurate when precision matters (final trim isn't the place to eyeball it), and you're just as handy with a service manual as a joystick.

What you'll need

Relevant Mobile Plant tickets or VOCs, a valid HR driver's licence (HC/MC desirable), a Construction Induction Card, current National Police Clearance and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Experience with 18-speed Road Ranger gearboxes is a bonus, and you'll need to be comfortable enough with Microsoft Office to keep your daily compliance paperwork tidy.

Ready to trade a one-trick-pony job for one where you'll never run out of machines to master? Apply now or send me a message and I'll walk you through the rosters and site options.
