The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer to join our Mackay-based team. This is a residential role (not FIFO) working across a variety of civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Leadership: Provide direct support and guidance to site teams, supervisors, and leading hands.
- Project Control: Work with management and estimating teams to ensure projects hit milestones on time and under budget.
- Ensure compliance with QA, and client requirements.
- Safety: Champion a "Safety First" culture, ensuring all works meet WHS and Risk Management standards.

What You Bring:

- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering.




- Proven experience as a Project Engineer within civil construction.
- Solid background in earthworks and concreting projects.
- Sound understanding of contracts, cost control, and project delivery.
- Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project is advantageous.
- The ability to pivot between competing timelines and resource needs.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Based in Mackay or willing to relocate (Residential role).
- Ability to travel (in Company vehicle) to client sites within the region on an as required basis.
