Luxe Shore Home is expanding our Jervis Bay cleaning network, and we're looking for an experienced, reliable and detail-focused independent cleaning contractor to partner with us.

We specialise in premium residential and holiday-home cleaning, ensuring every property is beautifully presented and guest-ready for every arrival.

We currently have a couple of Airbnb properties ready to service, with further properties in the pipeline as our Jervis Bay portfolio continues to grow.

This is an opportunity for an established independent cleaner looking to take on additional work and develop an ongoing relationship with a growing cleaning business.

About the Opportunity

Work will predominantly involve Airbnb and holiday-home turnovers, including:

- Full property cleaning between guest stays.
- Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living-area cleaning.
- Bed making, linen changes and guest-ready presentation.
- Restocking guest essentials where required.
- Completing property-specific cleaning requirements.
- Reporting maintenance concerns, damage or missing items.
- Ensuring properties are presented to an exceptional standard.

What We're Looking For
- Active ABN and appropriate insurance.
- Previous professional cleaning experience.
- Airbnb or holiday-home cleaning experience highly regarded.
- Reliable transport and a valid driver's licence.
- Exceptional attention to detail and presentation.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and reliably.
- General availability for weekday and weekend turnovers.
- Ability to accommodate agreed guest checkout/check-in windows.
- Current police check or willingness to obtain one.
