Clinical Governance & Quality Manager – Registered Nurse An opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in senior role of Clinical Governance, Quality and Compliance Manager.

Six-Star Home & Community Care Pty Ltd is young, yet well-established Home Aged Care Service, offering high-quality levels of service and privacy.

The Role

We currently have 3-5 days a week position. The successful applicant will work closely with the Company Management and wider team, supporting staff with office processes and procedures

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and monitor clinical governance and clinical compliance.
- Monitor changes to aged care legislation, standards and regulatory requirements.
- Review and update clinical policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Conduct clinical audits and monitor care plans and documentation.
- Oversee clinical incidents, SIRS, falls, medication management, infections and other clinical risks.
- Monitor high-risk consumers and clinical deterioration.
- Support continuous improvement and audit readiness.
- Provide clinical guidance and oversight to nursing and care staff.
- Monitor staff clinical competencies and training requirements.
- Prepare clinical governance and quality reports for management.
- Liaise with GPs,



allied health professionals and other healthcare providers as required.
- Other jobs delegated by the Board and CEO

About You

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Strong aged care, community nursing or home care experience.
- Experience in clinical governance, quality and compliance.
- Valuable understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with clinical audits, risk and incident management.
- Strong documentation, communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently and provide clinical guidance to the organisation.
- This is a senior clinical oversight role suited to an experienced RN who can support Six Star to maintain safe, high-quality and compliant services.

Essential: · Must have a current national police certificate or be willing to complete a criminal history check/NDIS check

· Must be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident or hold a valid work visa
