Based at SLSNSW Headquarters in Belrose and reporting to the Club Services Manager, you will work closely with clubs, volunteer training managers and the Training & Education team to identify training needs, strengthen trainer and assessor capability, and coordinate effective training delivery.
You will also lead the design, implementation and evaluation of a new training administration support service for priority clubs, supported by the Club Capability Administration Officer.

- Evaluate the pilot service and recommend improvements and options for future delivery.
- Attend relevant club, branch and SLSNSW meetings as required.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience coordinating training, education or capability-building initiatives.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple activities, stakeholders and deadlines.

Experience within Surf Life Saving, a volunteer-led organisation, or the broader sport, emergency-service or community sector would be highly regarded.
Knowledge of vocational education and training, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or experience designing and evaluating a pilot or new support service would also be advantageous.
