As part of a major refurbishment, we’re creating an entirely new cocktail bar within the venue, an intimate, late-night space built around exceptional drinks, great music and genuine hospitality. And we’re looking for Bartenders who can help bring it to life.

This isn’t about simply working behind the bar. We’re looking for people who know their craft, understand the theatre of great hospitality and can create an experience guests want to come back for.

Who we’re looking for

You might already be working in a leading cocktail bar, premium restaurant or luxury hotel or you might be an emerging bartender ready to take the next step.

What matters is that you bring robust fundamentals, curiosity and personality. You care about the details. You know how to read a guest.



You can make a beautifully balanced drink and deliver it without making the experience feel overly serious.

We’re particularly interested in bartenders who bring:

- Strong cocktail and spirits knowledge, with solid classic cocktail technique
- Genuine enthusiasm for learning, experimenting and developing their craft
- Confidence and personality behind the bar
- A polished but natural approach to service
- The ability to create connection with guests and contribute to the atmosphere of the room
- Experience in premium bars, restaurants or hotels—or the ambition and capability to step into that environment
- A team-first mentality and pride in maintaining high standards
