/n The Role
/n
/n As a Collections Specialist you'll work closely with customers to manage outstanding accounts, set up payment solutions and provide support during financial difficulty./n
/n
/n This is not a traditional “hard collections” role - it’s about working with customers to find the right outcome, in an essential service industry where empathy and compliance are key./n
/n /n
- Managing a mix of inbound and outbound collections calls
- Strong communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner
/n
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and care
/n
- Strong written skills for notes and customer communication
/n
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
/n
- Commercial awareness and ability to prioritise accounts effectively
/n
- A proactive mindset - able to think, ask questions and suggest solutions
/n
- Energy industry experience is desirable, not essential - full training provided

Shifts & Salary/n
/n /n
- $65,000 - $75,000 + Super (depending on experience)
/n
- Monday-Friday rotating roster between 7:30am - 6:00pm to support customers across Australia
/n
- 37.5 hours per week. Permanent roles.
