Primary Duties
- Complete scheduled deep cleans, periodic maintenance, and site turnovers across designated commercial properties.
- Carry out specialist tasks, including interior/exterior window detailing.
- Transport gear independently and move between service locations in a timely manner.
- Coordinate effectively with management and report on-site updates cleanly and professionally.
Candidate Criteria
- Background: Demonstrated experience in commercial or specialized cleaning (hands-on window cleaning skills essential).
- Compliance: Valid Australian Business Number (ABN).
- Mobility: Current Australian driver’s license alongside personal, reliable transport for site-to-site travel.
- Standards: High standard of workmanship, self-direction, and consistent reliability.
