About the Role

As a Commercial Cleaner, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the workplace remains clean, safe, organised, and professionally presented at all times.

This position requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders across the business.

No two days are the same. You'll be working within a team workplace while managing competing priorities and ensuring all areas consistently meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

- General cleaning of internal facilities and common areas
- Maintaining presentation standards across the workplace
- Waste management and replenishment of consumables




- Responding to cleaning requests in a timely manner
- Identifying and reporting maintenance or safety concerns
- Supporting facility inspections and audits
- Maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ensuring all work is completed to established safety and quality standards
- Building positive relationships with internal stakeholders and visitors

About You

We're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in the quality of their work and enjoys contributing to a positive team culture.

You'll bring:

- Previous cleaning experience in commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, hospitality or manufacturing environments
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with a variety of stakeholders
