The Role

As part of a well-established team, you’ll act for major clients across a broad range of complex disputes, including:

- Large-scale commercial litigation
- Regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings
- Commonwealth Government and public sector disputes
- Administrative law and judicial review
- Procurement-related disputes
- Privacy, confidentiality and information-sharing matters
- Civil penalty proceedings
- Property disputes
- Insolvency and recoveries
- Commissions of Inquiry and Royal Commissions
- Human rights matters

You’ll work with a diverse client base spanning national and international organisations, listed companies, SMEs, private businesses and individuals, providing exposure to high-quality work across a range of industries and sectors.

About You We are interested in hearing from lawyers who have:

- 3–5 years PAE gained in a CBD firm
- Experience in litigation and corporate dispute resolution
- Associate-level experience, or a Lawyer ready to take the next step
- A collaborative, team-focused approach and strong communication skills
