Whether your background is primarily commercial, tax-focused, or a blend of both, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with business owners, private clients, investors and growing enterprises on a wide range of sophisticated advisory matters.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in advising clients on matters including:

- Tax structuring and strategic advisory work
- Business sales, acquisitions and mergers
- Commercial transactions and business restructures
- Shareholder, partnership and joint venture arrangements
- Trusts, asset protection and wealth structuring
- Business succession and estate planning strategies
- Loan and security arrangements
- Commercial contracts, negotiations and risk management
- Tax and compliance issues across a variety of industries

This role offers substantial client contact and the opportunity to become a trusted adviser to a loyal and high-calibre client base.

About You

You will ideally bring:

- 5+ years' post-admission experience in Commercial Law, Tax, Private Client Advisory, or a combination of these areas
- Strong technical ability and commercial acumen
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills




- A proven ability to build trusted client relationships
- A proactive approach to networking and business development
- A genuine desire to contribute to the long-term growth of a practice
