The Brisbane Litigation & Dispute Resolution team is continuing to grow and is now looking for an experienced litigator to join at the Associate level.

You will work closely with two experienced Principals and become part of a well-regarded team handling complex commercial disputes. The firm offers genuine flexibility, good autonomy and a clear path for lawyers who want to keep progressing their career.

About You

You will be a confident Litigation & Dispute Resolution Lawyer with 3+ years PAE, ideally from a reputable commercial litigation practice.

Your work will include a broad mix of complex commercial disputes, with exposure to:

- Corporate and commercial litigation
- Insolvency and bankruptcy matters
- Strategic dispute resolution
- Court proceedings and case management
- Client advisory work across a range of industries

At this level, you will have the opportunity to run matters with increasing autonomy, work directly with clients and play a role in mentoring more junior lawyers. The team is looking for someone commercially minded,



polished with clients and confident managing competing priorities.
