Business is booming across sales, leasing and property management, and they need a sharp, organised Sales & Leasing Administrator to keep the deals moving.

Why this role stands out

This isn't a role where you sit in a back office entering data. You'll be at the centre of the action. You'll work alongside experienced agents on industrial, retail, office, medical and development sites across Brisbane's Bayside, the Redlands Coast and beyond. You'll see deals from listing to settlement and learn how commercial property really works along the way.

What you'll be doing

- Preparing and managing sales contracts, lease documentation, heads of agreement and offers
- Loading and maintaining listings, including copy, photography bookings, signboards and portal uploads
- Coordinating marketing campaigns with the in-house marketing specialist
- Managing the CRM and database so it stays clean and useful
- Tracking settlements, lease commencements, deposits and critical dates
- Preparing appraisals, proposals, reports and presentation packs
- Acting as a friendly first point of contact for clients,



buyers, tenants and solicitors
- General office and team support to keep everything running smoothly

What you'll bring

- Real estate administration experience (commercial preferred, but strong residential admins are welcome to apply)
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially with contracts and legal documentation
- Confidence juggling competing priorities in a fast-paced office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy, with experience in CRMs, REA/realcommercial platforms and MS Office an advantage
- A proactive, can-do attitude and pride in doing things properly
- Current QLD Registration Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
