We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Advisor to join our team and play a key role in bringing critical energy infrastructure projects to life. Working across new power stations, battery energy storage systems, plant upgrades and hybrid renewable energy projects, you'll ensure systems are commissioned safely, efficiently and ready for operation.

About The Role As a Commissioning Advisor, you'll be responsible for planning,
coordinating and overseeing commissioning activities across a diverse portfolio of energy projects. Working closely with project teams, contractors, OEMs and clients, you'll ensure critical systems are tested, commissioned and handed over safely and successfully.
Based in Perth, this role includes regular site travel during commissioning phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain commissioning documentation, including plans, schedules, ITPs, ITRs, checklists and reports.
- Support commissioning planning activities, including scheduling, resource planning and readiness activities.
- Coordinate and oversee onsite commissioning activities in line with project specifications, company standards and industry requirements.
- Conduct inspections, construction verification and functional testing to validate system performance, quality and compliance outcomes.
- Collaborate with project teams, clients, OEMs and operations teams to resolve issues and drive successful commissioning outcomes.
- Provide commissioning updates, reporting and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support quality assurance activities, project documentation and operational handovers.
- Promote the highest standards of safety, quality and environmental compliance throughout all commissioning activities.

About You
Desired Skills and Experience This role will suit a hands-on commissioning professional who enjoys solving technical challenges, working closely with site teams and seeing projects through to successful completion. You'll be comfortable balancing site-based activities with planning, documentation and stakeholder engagement while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality. Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Current WA A Grade Electrical Workers Licence.
- Demonstrated commissioning experience within the power generation industry and a strong understanding of electrical safety requirements, industry standards and best practice.
- Experience within a construction or project delivery environment.
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, OEMs, project teams and site personnel.
- Experience coordinating commissioning activities, documentation, resources and project priorities.
- Sound understanding of QA/QC requirements and a commitment to safety, quality and environmental compliance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced project environment.
- Willingness to travel and work remotely as required.
- Experience in Controls & Instrumentation and/or Hazardous Areas is highly regarded.
