Your new role
- Coordinating the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the communications strategy
- Developing high-quality written and digital content across websites, newsletters, social media, promotional materials and stakeholder communications
- Supporting strategic communications planning and ensuring messaging aligns with organisational priorities
- Managing digital communications channels and maintaining engaging, accurate and relevant content
- Maintaining brand consistency and developing accessible communications for diverse audiences
- Using analytics and performance data to evaluate communications activity and recommend opportunities to strengthen audience reach
- Building collaborative relationships across internal teams to support consistent and effective communications
- Identifying emerging communications trends, channels and opportunities
- Supporting stakeholder and member engagement through targeted communications
What you'll need to succeed
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent qualified experience, with at least three years' experience in communications or a related field
- Strong strategic communications capability, including experience planning, delivering and evaluating communications activities
- An interest in the health system and promoting access to health care
- Exceptional writing and content development skills across digital and traditional channels
- Strong digital communications capability across websites, social media and email communications
- Graphic design capability using Canva or similar platforms
- A current WWVP registration.
