Adelaide

Community Physiotherapist | Home Visit Team

Full Time or Part Time Chance | Adelaide

Love community physio but feel like you're doing it on your own?

You love seeing people in their own homes. You've built great relationships with your clients. But most days, it's just you and the car.

Maybe you're missing having a team around you. Maybe PD has dropped off since you went mobile. Or maybe you're just ready to be part of something bigger.

At PhysioWest, our home visit team gets THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. You'll be out in the community with the clients you love working with while being a full part of the PhysioWest team.

Our community physios aren't a separate arm of the business. They get the same PD, team days, mentoring and support as every clinician in our clinics.

This Role Is For You If…

You

- Are independent and confident making clinical decisions on your own
- Take ownership of your caseload, backed by an admin team who handles all of your scheduling and logistics
- Love people and genuinely enjoy seeing them in their own homes
- Value building long-term relationships with clients, families and carers
- Are hungry to keep learning and growing
- Want a team behind you, even when you're on the road

Why Community Physios Join Us A lot of community physios come to us because they've felt:

- Isolated, with little contact with other clinicians
- Left out of PD and team culture
- Buried in admin and writing notes after hours
- Like a number in a large provider

PhysioWest is different. We're growing and we've stayed family-owned, values-driven and people-first.

Don't just take our word for it. Check out what our team have to say.

The Opportunity

As a Community Physiotherapist, you will:

- Deliver home visits across Adelaide metro

- Work with a varied caseload of clients including post-op, orthopaedic, medical and falls
- Build ongoing relationships with clients, families, carers and support coordinators
- Contribute to developing other clinicians
- Be part of a practice that embraces innovation, systems and technology (including AI)

What We Provide

- A vehicle supplied for your home visits
- A laptop and device so you can work on the go
- AI note-taking so you spend less time on notes and more time with clients
- An admin team who looks after your scheduling so you can focus on clinical work
- $1,000 annual PD allowance plus monthly case studies and group PD
- A clinical mentor and a support mentor
- Quarterly team days and a team retreat every two years
- Full time or part time options

About You

- Full general registration with AHPRA (this role works independently so we can't provide supervision for limited registration)
- Experience working as a physiotherapist in Australia
- Current driver's licence
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Reliable, organised and accountable
- Motivated to grow and contribute to a team

You're someone who is independent, people-focused and ready for more.

PhysioWest is a growing allied health team based in Adelaide. Our purpose is simple: Together, we impact and inspire.

We've built a team around people who:

- Elevate others
- Make a difference
- Embrace growth and change
- Take pride in delivering world-class care

A Quick Note This role isn't for someone who wants to work in isolation or just tick boxes. It's for someone who loves being out in the community and wants a team that has their back while they do it.
