The Prospect

As a Community Sites Liaison Officer in the City of Perth, you will support the safe, effective and efficient operation of our Community Development-managed facilities. Acting as the tenant representative, you will coordinate maintenance, operational and access-related matters, helping to keep our facilities running smoothly for staff, customers and the community.

Reporting to the Executive Support Officer within our Community Development team, your responsibilities would primarily include:

- Coordinating site enquiries, routine inspections and maintenance requests, tracking issues through to resolution;
- Liaising with Commercial Properties, ICT, contractors and site contacts to schedule works and minimise disruption to programs, bookings and services;
- Maintaining accurate site records, coordinating access and inductions, and supporting safe work practices; and
- Administering quotations, purchase requests, invoices and expenditure records in accordance with applicable Service Level Agreements and City processes.

About You To succeed in this role, you will possess:

- Experience in accurate recordkeeping, correspondence, reporting and operational administration;
- Strong organisational skills,



with the ability to prioritise competing requests, maintain registers and schedules, and independently progress matters through to completion;
- Experience coordinating and supervising contractors undertaking routine maintenance, servicing and repairs;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships and coordinate site-related issues through to resolution; and
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to use booking, records, financial and task-tracking systems.

Qualifications in business administration, local government, property administration or Work Health and Safety, and experience in community facilities or multi-site operational support, will be highly regarded. If your experience and capabilities match these criteria, we welcome your application.

- A current, unencumbered ‘C’ class Australian driver’s licence; and
- A satisfactory National Police Clearance (dated within 3 months).
