Join our supportive team of Registered Nurses and ENs providing quality community nursing care to local clients in their own homes. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years' post-graduate experience in home care nursing who is confident working independently and coordinating care with multidisciplinary health teams.

About you
- Minimum 2 years' post-graduate experience in home care nursing
- Confident working independently
- Ability to coordinate care with multidisciplinary health teams
- Essential: Wound care experience
- Essential: Diabetes management experience
- Essential: Stoma care experience
- Essential:
Familiarity with app-based client care systems (training and support provided)
- Desirable: Clinical assessment and care coordination experience
- Desirable: Knowledge of DVA Community Nursing programs
- Desirable: Understanding of SAH/NDIS guidelines
