At Zeal Personnel, we connect top-tier tradespeople with quality projects across Western Australia. We currently have a project for a Concreter / Grouter skilled in structural concreting, steel reinforcement (Reo), and high-strength grouting for mining, civil, and commercial projects:

Zeal Personnel is recruiting a skilled Concreter / Grouter with a strong background in structural concrete pours, steel reinforcement (Reo), formwork, and high precision underplate grouting.

Previous mine site experience (specifically FMG) and a strong commitment to workplace health and safety are highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

- Qualifications: Certificate III in Concreting (or equivalent civil/construction trade experience)
- Experience: Proven background in structural concreting, steel reinforcement (Reo) placement, formwork, and precision underplate grouting
- Industry Experience: Previous mine site experience (FMG, Rio Tinto, BHP) is highly regarded
- Workplace Standards: High standard of workmanship, precise finish quality, and a robust commitment to health and safety across civil, industrial, and site projects.

SKILLS &

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Trade Experience: Mine site experience with a strong focus on civil, structural, and mining projects
- Core Capabilities:



Essential experience in structural pours, underplate/precision grouting, reo tying, formwork installation, concrete repair/patching, and reading technical drawings.
- Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently, manage pour schedules, and operate unsupervised on site.
