About the role

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality concreting and civil earthworks across a range of mining and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

- Formwork, steel fixing, pouring and finishing concrete

- Using a trowel machine

- Screeding concrete to level and finish

- Carrying out earthworks and civil preparation for concrete pads, slabs and foundations

- Setting out boxing, preparing subgrades, and ensuring correct compaction

- Operating skid steers, loaders and excavators

- Reading and interpreting plans and levels

- Working safely and productively in hot, remote climate conditions

- Completing daily pre-starts, hazard IDs, and following all site safety processes

- Understanding and completing mining safety requirements, including THAs (Task Hazard Assessments)

About you





- Proven experience as a Concreter in civil, construction or mining environments

- Solid finishing skills and attention to detail

- Competent with steel fixing, trowel machines, and screeding

- Mining experience with safety procedures, THAs, and pre-start processes

- Ability to work in remote, hot-ground and hard-ground conditions

- White Card (required)

- Tickets for skid steer, loader or excavator (highly desirable)

- Able to pass a full pre-employment medical, including ongoing drug & alcohol testing

- National Police Clearance or ability to obtain one
