The City of Vincent is seeking a motivated and capable Supervisor Construction to oversee field crews and contractors responsible for the construction and maintenance of the City's roads, footpaths, drainage, and other municipal infrastructure assets.

- Salary Range $99,146-$103,506 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience

About the Role The Supervisor Construction is responsible for leading the City's construction crews and contractors in the delivery of municipal infrastructure projects and maintenance works. This includes overseeing the construction and renewal of roads, drainage, footpaths, crossovers, signage and other civil assets, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, within budget and to the required standards.

The role provides day-to-day leadership, mentoring and support to Crew Leaders and field personnel while coordinating resources, managing schedules,



monitoring budgets and ensuring compliance with workplace safety requirements.

What we’re Looking For The successful candidate will have:

- Significant experience supervising operational teams and delivering civil construction projects, including roads, drainage, footpaths and crossovers
- Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, project planning, budgeting, estimating, and interpreting technical plans and specifications
- Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage competing priorities
- Commitment to workplace safety and recognised safe work practices
- Well-developed computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Certificate IV in Civil Construction (or equivalent experience), WA HR Class Driver's Licence, White Card and Current First Aid Certificate
- Traffic Management accreditation, OH&S; training and civil machinery tickets highly regarded
