All Sport Projects is a growing Gold Coast sports construction company specialising in tennis courts, pickleball courts, multi-sport facilities and associated construction and landscaping projects.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Sales & Project Manager with extensive construction industry and sales experience to join our team.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can sell, secure and manage construction projects from initial enquiry through estimating, quotation, tendering and negotiation to contract award and successful project delivery.

We provide qualified sales leads and tender opportunities, while also looking for someone who can develop new business and build strong industry relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and convert qualified sales leads and tender opportunities provided by All Sport Projects
- Sell sports construction projects to commercial, government, education, sporting and private-sector clients
- Prepare and submit construction tenders, quotations and proposals
- Read and interpret construction plans, specifications and scopes of work
- Manage opportunities from initial enquiry and site inspection through estimating, quotation, negotiation and contract award
- Follow up leads, quotations and tenders with a strong focus on converting opportunities into profitable projects
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate pricing, project scope and commercial terms
- Work closely with our construction team to ensure projects are accurately scoped, priced and commercially viable
- Manage successful projects including budgets,



timelines and client communication through to completion

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 5 years’ construction industry experience
- Extensive experience in construction sales, business development and project management
- Proven experience selling and managing construction projects
- Demonstrated experience preparing and submitting construction tenders
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications and scopes of work
- Strong understanding of construction costs, margins and project profitability
- Proven sales, negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Strong commercial judgement and organisational skills
- Current Australian driver’s licence

Experience within sports construction will be highly regarded; however, candidates with strong experience in commercial construction, civil construction, commercial landscaping or related sectors are encouraged to apply. This is not a general sales position.

We are looking for an experienced construction professional who is also a proven salesperson and is confident managing the complete process from lead and tender opportunity through to sale, contract and successful project delivery.
