An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Contract Administrator to join a growing commercial construction business delivering quality projects across Queensland.

Established nearly five years ago, the business has built a strong reputation within the construction industry, supported by an experienced and down to earth, capableteam with a clear focus on quality, collaboration and successful project delivery.

With a growing pipeline of work, the business is continuing to expand its presence across the Sunshine Coast and is now looking for a Contract Administrator to join the team and play a key role in the delivery of two commercial projects there.

About the Role

Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day commercial and contractual administration of the projects.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing head contract and subcontract administration, including claims, variations, EOTs and contractual correspondence.
- Managing subcontractor procurement, tendering, scope, pricing and negotiations.
- Monitoring project costs, budgets, forecasting and monthly commercial reporting.
- Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities.




- Maintaining accurate contractual and commercial documentation across project systems.
- Building robust relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
- Supporting the Project Manager through to Practical Completion and final account.

About You We are looking for a Contract Administrator who is commercially astute, organised and enjoys being part of a collaborative construction team.

Ideally, you will have:

- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction
- Experience across aged care, health, residential or other complex construction projects highly regarded
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a project team
- Relevant construction or commercial qualifications
