About the role Our Office of the Executive Director is currently seeking to appoint a Coordinator and Planning Officer where you will provide strategic coordination, business planning and operational support to the Division's Leadership team. In this role, you will manage briefings and correspondence, coordinate high-quality responses and divisional initiatives, support business performance and planning activities, and drive process improvements. Success requires strong stakeholder engagement, sound judgement, and the ability to navigate competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality and delivering high-quality outcomes.
About You To be successful you are highly organised and proactive with experience providing business, operational or executive support within a complex environment.
You excel at managing competing priorities, coordinating high-quality outcomes, and building strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. With robust communication skills, sound judgement and a commitment to continuous improvement, you can confidently handle sensitive matters, identify emerging risks, and contribute to business planning, performance reporting and operational excellence in a fast-paced setting.
Key knowledge and experience
- Knowledge and experience working in a quick paced and high-volume environment, including a proven capacity to support senior level staff in the management of projects and issues.
- High level written and verbal communication, interpersonal, liaison and negotiation skills.
