About The Role
As Coordinator Gravel Maintenance, you’ll lead the delivery of maintenance across Council’s unsealed road network, coordinating people, priorities and resources to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
From planning routine maintenance and prioritising road defects to overseeing minor construction and rehabilitation projects, you’ll have a hands-on role in delivering quality outcomes. You’ll build strong relationships across Council, with contractors and the community, while supporting your team to deliver responsive and reliable services.

About You To be successful in this role you will have:
- Certificate III Civil Construction Plant Operation and IV in Civil Construction Supervision or equivalent qualification and/or extensive experience in Civil Maintenance or related fields
- Current Queensland C class driver’s licence
- Experience in the planning and delivery of works for roads and drainage infrastructure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead, inspire and develop high-performing teams to deliver outcomes
