Cost Controllers - Multiple Roles - Perth & WA - ASAP Start Permanent and contract | Oil & Gas, mining, construction and energy | Perth metro and site-based Full Circle Partners is working with several major project owners and contractors across Western Australia that need Cost Controllers to start as soon as possible. The roles sit on projects of real scale, from continuous naval shipbuilding to mining capital programs, and hiring managers are ready to interview now.

What you'll be doing

- Tracking, analysing and reporting project costs against budget, and keeping forecasts (ETC/EAC) current.
- Building and maintaining cost breakdown structures (CBS) and control budgets.
- Identifying cost drivers, variances, risks and opportunities, and turning them into clear advice for project leaders.
- Supporting earned value reporting (CPI, SPI) and KPI tracking across cost, schedule and scope.
- Managing changes and variations, contingency and month-end reporting.
- Working closely with Project Managers, Control Account Managers, engineering, supply chain and finance.

What we're looking for

- 2+ years in cost control, project controls or financial analysis in a project delivery environment.
- A strong grasp of budgeting,



forecasting and variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel, and experience producing transparent financial and performance reports.
- Experience with earned value management and systems such as SAP, IFS, Primavera P6, EcoSys, Contruent/Prism or Power BI (highly regarded).
- A degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering or a related field.
- Background in defence, shipbuilding, construction, mining, oil and gas or manufacturing (highly regarded).
- For defence roles: eligibility for an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
