MY3D AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, also known as MY3D Printing Studio, is Australia's first provider of 3D photography services and 3D printed keepsakes, including lifelike figurines.

With the most efficient 3D capturing equipment and a Mimaki 3D colour printing workshop in our modern studio located in Upper Mt Gravatt, we are committed to providing top-notch service and transforming the way people preserve meaningful moments.

We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic team members who are quick to learn on the job to join us. No 3D printing experience necessary.

This is a current and rare opportunity for someone who is seeking to gain further experience and grow within a market leading business.

This role is a part-time position working 3 to 4 days a week. Fixed shifts with some flexibility.

Further role opportunities may be available after training and assessment completion.

Must be available for Christmas holidays and weekends but we’re flexible to accommodate your availability.

Training will be provided at our studio in Upper Mt Gravatt.

About the role

Customer Service

- Answer customer's questions by phone, email, webchat and in person.
- Operate 3D photo and camera system.
- Assist with preparation and procedures of 3D photo session.
- Process orders and payments.
- Arrange bookings.
- Maintain studio cleanliness.
- Provide 3D printing, 3D photography and product knowledge.
- Address issues, solve problems, and manage minor complaints.

Reporting to the Manager, some of the duties and responsibilities will include:
- Maintain effective communication with the manufacturing team, print room team, studio manager and customers.
- Day-to-day admin tasks.




- Assist with content creation, image refinement, and visual generation.
- Assist with 3D photo session filming and product photo/video taking.
- Assist with quality checks throughout the production process to ensure a consistent quality output.
- Assist with packaging and shipping.
- Collaborate with the team to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines of live jobs.

About you

- Have a basic understanding of photography. Full training will be given.
- Have competent Google Workspace and Microsoft Windows computer skills, demonstrating good file management and writing communication.
- Our service is mainly appointment based. The strong ability to manage your work time, communicate with the team and customers, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced production setting is required.
- Your ability to learn quickly ''on the job'' is an important asset to have for this role.
- Comfortable with day-to-day admin.
- Confident using AI tools where appropriate.
- Video editing and social media content skill is a bonus.
