Help Us Deliver An Exceptional Customer Experience

We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join our Seeds Supply Chain team in Horsham, Australia.

As the primary point of contact for seed orders, distribution and customer-service enquiries, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive accurate, responsive and reliable support.

You’ll process customer orders, coordinate with internal teams and external service providers, maintain accurate customer and product information, and help ensure orders are fulfilled safely and on time.

How You’ll Help Us Grow

- Serve as a key point of contact for customer, sales and distribution enquiries.

- Process and manage seed orders accurately within the relevant business systems.

- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Sales, Logistics and external partners to support timely order fulfilment.

- Communicate regularly with warehouses, distribution depots and logistics providers.

- Monitor inventory availability and proactively communicate supply updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

- Resolve customer enquiries, service issues and order concerns promptly and professionally.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and internal stakeholders.

- Maintain accurate customer, order, product and pricing information within sales and Customer Relationship Management systems.

- Manage customer credits relating to standard seed returns and pricing queries,



excluding Inventory Protection Credits and Recharge.

- Support sales invoicing and related administrative activities.

- Assist with work-area priorities by considering team workloads and operational requirements.

- Identify opportunities to improve customer-service processes and operational efficiency.

- Support compliance with company policies, quality standards and seed-stewardship requirements.

- Liaise with seed-testing organisations and relevant government authorities, including quarantine and customs, when required.

- Coordinate with IT service providers to resolve system-related issues affecting customer or order processing.

- Monitor contract labour hire working at Nufarm sites when required.

- Promote safe working practices, encourage incident reporting and contribute to a positive, no-blame safety culture.

- Identify health and safety risks and ensure concerns are addressed promptly with appropriate preventive actions.

You’re comfortable working with sales, supply chain, production, logistics and external service providers to ensure commitments are met. You also look for practical ways to improve processes and create a better experience for customers.

- Previous experience in an administrative, customer-service or sales-support role.

- Strong customer-service skills and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.





- Experience processing orders, maintaining customer records or coordinating operational activities.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet operational deadlines.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- The ability to work collaboratively with customers, sales teams, supply chain teams and external service providers.

- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

- The ability to maintain accurate information within sales, invoicing or CRM systems.

- A proactive approach to resolving customer and operational issues.

- A strong commitment to workplace health, safety and wellbeing.

Desirable

- A certificate or diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration or a related discipline.

- Previous experience within the agricultural, seed or crop-production industry.

- Experience using a sales and invoicing system.

- Experience working with inventory or order-management systems.

- An understanding of inventory-management principles.

- Experience coordinating with warehouses, distribution depots or transport providers.

- Familiarity with seed-testing, quarantine, customs or agricultural compliance requirements.
