Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will lead the Customer Service & Administration Team and oversee day-to-day customer service operations, including orders, invoicing, freight, returns, complaints and export orders.
You will also identify opportunities to improve systems and processes, coordinate team resources and work closely with key stakeholders across the business to deliver excellent customer service and operational outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Customer Service & Administration Team.
- Oversee order processing, invoicing, freight, returns and customer complaints.
- Manage export orders and customer applications.
- Coordinate rosters, leave and team training.
- Drive process and system improvements.
- Monitor freight arrangements and costings.
- Prepare operational reports including DIFOT, order and claims reporting.
- Ensure effective communication and compliance with workplace procedures.
Candidate Profile
You will have at least 2 years' experience in Office Management or a similar role, with strong customer service and team leadership experience.
You will be an excellent communicator with strong organisational, analytical and time management skills. A proactive approach, initiative and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be essential.
