Rate: Casual Band 4 = $45.55 hourly rate (inclusive of 25% casual loading) plus 12% statutory superannuation

About the Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for our community, providing accurate information and assistance across a diverse range of Council services. Every day is different, and you'll play an important role in helping customers navigate their enquiries.

You will

- Deliver outstanding service through face-to-face, phone, email, and digital channels.
- Assist customers with enquiries relating to Council's broad range of community services.
- Provide accurate information and solutions in a professional and timely manner.
- Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Contribute to a team culture focused on service excellence and continuous improvement.
