Customer Service Officer | Audiology | Thomastown

Part-time or full-time, 3 to 5 days per week

- Weekday hours, 9am to 5pm (no weekends)
- Established audiology provider with 9 clinics across Melbourne
- Full handover training provided; audiology experience a bonus

Their customer service team is the backbone of each centre, and the first point of contact for clients with questions about their hearing care.

The role The Customer Service Officer (CSO) provides excellent customer service, supports the clinical team and completes general office administration. CSOs represent MAC's values of clinical excellence, exceptional client experiences and teamwork.

This role is based at their Thomastown clinic, 9am to 5pm, and can be part-time or full-time. Availability Monday to Wednesday is required, and Thursday and Friday are flexible, depending on your availability.

The role starts on Thursday, 12 November 2026. You'll be trained over your first five weeks.

Key responsibilities include

- Customer service and reception: greeting clients, responding to phone and face-to-face enquiries, and scheduling appointments
- Supporting the clinical team: preparing and updating client files,



ordering hearing aids and making sure the correct aids are received and ready for clinicians, and keeping clinical rooms stocked
- Administration: invoicing, ordering and receiving stock, processing payments, lodging third-party claims, and entering notes and maintaining files in the practice management system
- Minor hearing aid repairs: basic troubleshooting (training provided)

About you

- Experience in an audiology clinic is preferred, but not essential. If you're new to the industry, you bring a genuine desire to learn and pick up new systems quickly
- Excellent customer service comes naturally to you, face to face and over the phone, and clients know you'll go the extra mile
- You are organised, can multitask and have strong attention to detail
- You communicate clearly and with empathy, in writing and in person
- You are reliable and proactive, comfortable working independently, and enjoy contributing to a team
- You are confident with technology and have strong computer skills
