We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to manage enquiries, support sales activity and ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety. One minute you might be helping a customer resolve an issue, the next you'll be processing an order, coordinating with an internal team or making sure important information is accurately updated in our systems.

The Details:

- 2 x roles available
- 3 Month contract (with chance to go permanent)
- Permanent full time position available

- Dandenong Location
- Hybrid working - 1 day WFH/per week
- $35 - 40 + super p/h

What you'll be doing

- Managing customer enquiries and support requests across phone, email and online channels.
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Taking ownership of customer issues and following them through to resolution.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure orders and customer requests are handled efficiently.
- Processing customer sales orders in SAP, including EDI, direct-entry and returns.

- Maintaining accurate customer information and master data within SAP.
- Managing customer account details including contacts, payment terms, hierarchies and partner functions.
- Preparing and distributing reports for internal and external stakeholders.





- Providing general office administration and coordinating with external service providers.
- Welcoming customers and visitors and helping create a professional, positive experience.
- Looking for ways to improve processes and make the customer journey even better.

Experience & skills

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
- 2+ years' experience in customer service, internal sales, sales support or a similar position.
- Experience working within a B2B or B2C environment.

- At least 1 year of SAP experience, involving sales order processing and customer master data.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience within wholesale, distribution or another service-based B2B environment will be highly regarded.
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
