More detail Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, successful candidates will work together to promote and deliver the high standards of service and customer experience expected at the Darebin Stadiums, which include:
- Be the first point of connection to the community at the facilities.
- Supporting the day to day operations such as promotion of sports programs, competitions, activities and events carried out at both centers,
- Attending to any enquiries received
- Providing information to the community via communication systems
- Use of point of sale systems and the processing of transactions
- General administrative duties
About you
You will have
- Previous Customer Service experience is desirable
- Availability on Saturdays (essential)
- Current RSA Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- A vibrant and energetic personal energy
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven ability to work and perform in a high paced, active environment
- Relevant qualifications including First aid
- Working with children check
- Current National Police check,
