We’re looking for a Casual Customer Service Representative who knows their tech, enjoys solving problems and genuinely loves helping people.

If you’re the person your friends come to when they need help choosing a new GPU, building a PC or figuring out what’s gone wrong with their setup, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be an important part of the Mwave customer experience, working across both our Showroom and Contact Centre.

You’ll have the prospect to interact with customers in-store and through phone, email, live chat and messaging, giving you a varied role in a fast-paced environment.

This is a casual position, with shifts scheduled across a rotating roster from Monday to Saturday. There may also be opportunities for additional shifts during university/school holidays and peak trading periods.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Engaging with customers in-store, over the phone, via email, live chat and messaging

- Providing friendly, knowledgeable and timely customer service

- Assisting customers with product enquiries, recommendations and general support

- Supporting our Click & Collect service in the Mwave Showroom

- Using your knowledge of PC hardware, gaming and technology to help customers find the right products and solutions

- Investigating customer enquiries and working through issues to find practical solutions





- Communicating with internal teams and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Keeping up to date with the latest products, technology and gaming trends

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has a genuine passion for PC hardware, gaming and consumer technology

- Loves helping people and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience

- Has solid product knowledge, with the confidence to talk tech with customers

- Is approachable, reliable and brings a positive attitude to the team

- Is willing to learn and keep building their product and industry knowledge

- Has availability to work a rotating roster across Monday to Saturday, including Saturdays

- Previous customer service or retail experience is highly regarded
