- Managing testing priorities, workloads, dependencies and timelines across the data migration stream
- Working closely with project, data engineering and business teams to align testing with delivery milestones

- Supporting the team with SQL validation, ETL testing and data quality investigations where required
- Managing defects through identification, resolution and retesting
- Coordinating test readiness, execution and completion across different phases of the migration
- Ensuring business rules, transformation logic and critical data requirements are properly validated

- Acting as the key point of contact between the data testing team and wider program stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

- Strong experience across data testing, data warehouse testing or data quality
- Previous experience as a Data Test Lead or in a role coordinating a team of testers or analysts
- Ability to manage testing activities across multiple workstreams, priorities and delivery deadlines
- Robust understanding of test planning, execution, defect management and reporting
- Strong SQL capability with experience validating and reconciling complex datasets
- Experience working with ETL processes, data warehouses and modern cloud-based data platforms

- Exposure to API, integration and file-based data testing
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman and test management platforms
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate progress, risks and issues across technical and business teams

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a key testing stream within a large data transformation, combining team coordination, stakeholder engagement and enough hands-on involvement to support delivery when required.
