The Opportunity

Working closely with our dentists, you'll be integral to the day-to-day running of our treatment rooms and the overall clinical experience we deliver to every patient. From supporting complex procedures to ensuring a seamless patient journey, your contribution will be felt at every step.

Responsibilities

- Chairside Support: Deliver skilled assistance across a broad range of dental procedures, helping our dentist focus on providing the best possible outcomes.
- Patient Experience: Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, guide them through their appointments, and offer explicit aftercare guidance in a reassuring manner.
- Sterilisation & Infection Control: Uphold strict sterilisation practices and ensure all clinical spaces consistently comply with Australian healthcare regulations.




- Room Readiness: Set up and turn over treatment rooms efficiently to keep the day running smoothly and on schedule.
- Clinical Administration: Support accurate record-keeping and digital documentation using our practice management systems.

What We are Looking For

- Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on dental assisting experience gained within Australia.
- People Skills: A warm, approachable manner with strong verbal communication abilities that help patients feel comfortable and at ease.
- Tech Savvy: Solid computer skills, with familiarity in dental software and digital imaging viewed favourably.
- Work Ethic: A self-motivated, detail-oriented approach with a genuine commitment to clinical quality.
