We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Dental Assistant/ Receptionist to join our growing team. Whether you are experienced or just starting out, if you are passionate about patient care and eager to learn, we want to hear from you!
The Role
You will be a key part of our clinical team, supporting both patients and practitioners to ensure smooth, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting dentists during dental procedures
- Preparing and cleaning treatment rooms
- Supporting the team with day-to-day clinic operations
- Sterilisation and infection control duties
- Welcoming and assisting patients
- Managing appointment bookings and coordinating the daily schedule
- Handling phone enquiries and patient communications
About You
- Experience in dental assisting is preferred but not essential – we provide full training when you come on board
- Willing to commit to at least 2 weekdays per week
- Available to work flexible casual shifts, including weekends when required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Confident with computers and practice management systems
- Professional presentation and friendly manner
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong advantage
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Residency required
