Role Description The Deployment Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Taren Point, NSW. This position is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating technology deployments, installations, and refresh projects across multiple customer sites. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with internal teams, technicians, logistics, and customers to confirm project requirements, timelines, and site readiness.

The Deployment

Coordinator will manage work orders, track progress, update deployment status in internal systems, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting from site to national level.



The role also involves resolving scheduling or resource issues, maintaining communication with stakeholders, supporting after-hours cutovers when required, and contributing to continuous improvement of deployment processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Experience coordinating deployments, installations, or field service activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and status tracking.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders concurrently.
- Proficiency with office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project or ticketing systems, email, and reporting dashboards).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, technicians, and internal teams.
- Attention to detail for documentation, work orders, asset tracking, and proof-of-delivery records.
- Ability to work on-site in Taren Point, NSW and collaborate closely with logistics and technical staff.
- Experience in technical services, logistics, IT deployments, or related environments is highly beneficial.
- Relevant vocational training or a qualification in logistics, operations, project coordination, or a related field is advantageous.
- Willingness to support after-hours or time-critical cutovers when project requirements demand it.
