We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our team at our Rydalmere Support Office.

Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager, you will lead the design process from early concept through construction and handover, coordinating clients, consultants, architects and internal project teams to achieve compliant, buildable and well-resolved design outcomes.

Your Role

- Manage the design process from concept through to construction and handover.
- Translate client objectives into explicit design briefs, programmes and deliverables.
- Coordinate and manage the performance of architects, consultants and key design stakeholders.
- Oversee Development Applications, Construction Certificates and design approvals.
- Ensure design documentation complies with the NCC, relevant standards and project requirements.
- Identify and resolve design, coordination and buildability issues early.
- Lead and support design team members in line with Mono's FRANK values.
- Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned across projects.
- Support project teams through Occupation Certificate and final handover.

Who You Are





- Experienced in design management across the full project development and construction lifecycle.
- Proven experience delivering large Class 2 residential projects valued at $30M+.
- Strong experience managing consultants, design coordination, approvals and compliance.
- Qualifications in Design Management, Project Management, Architecture or a related discipline.
