The position
We are seeking motivated and professional Paramedics to join our growing team supporting a newly awarded long-term contract with Synergy. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the resource and energy sector across multiple locations while enjoying a family-friendly DIDO roster and the support of an established clinical governance framework.
About the role
- Deliver high-quality first aid and emergency medical care to patients, following clinical protocols and maintaining professionalism at all times
- Safely transport patients and operate emergency vehicles in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Check, test, and maintain medical equipment and vehicles to ensure operational readiness before and during shifts
- Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive team setting, upholding safety, quality, and company values

Requirements
- Must be comfortable with DIDO rosters
- 3+ years relevant clinical registration and experience in the Mining Industry
- Bachelor of Paramedicine and AHPRA registered (preferred) or Diploma Emergency Healthcare
- Ability to work in remote, resource-limited environments
- Flexibility, resilience, and strong teamwork skills
