We're currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established commercial builder delivering a new build school project. This is an 18-24 month contract opportunity offering long term project stability, accommodation provided and LAFHA available for eligible candidates.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard of quality.

Key responsibilities include

- Managing site-based construction activities from start to finish
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site labour
- Driving programme and short-term planning activities
- Managing site safety, quality and compliance requirements
- Conducting toolbox talks, site inspections and subcontractor coordination meetings
- Working closely with the Project Manager to achieve key project milestones




- Maintaining strong stakeholder and client relationships on site

About You To be considered, you will have:

- Previous experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects
- Experience delivering education, government, health, community or large-scale commercial projects
- Robust knowledge of site safety, quality and programme management
- Excellent subcontractor management and communication skills
- Trade or tertiary construction qualifications highly regarded
- Full Australian working rights
