The Role: We are creating a new Digital Content Producer role to help Sensei and Altus tell stronger stories, build engaged audiences and publish high-quality content consistently across our digital channels. This is an opportunity for an emerging content professional to grow their craft in the B2B software industry while helping shape the role, its workflows and its measures of success.
Working with the Marketing Director and subject-matter experts across both businesses, you will plan and produce a high volume of relevant, engaging content. Much of the core content will be shared across Sensei and Altus, then thoughtfully customised for each brand, audience and channel.
Key responsibilities
- Own the content calendar: build and maintain coordinated calendars for Sensei and Altus, balancing shared themes with brand-specific content, campaigns and priorities.
- Produce multi-format content: create, film, design, write and edit assets including short- and long-form video, blogs, whitepapers, guides, case studies, infographics, social posts, website content and campaign materials.
- Repurpose intelligently: turn webinars, interviews,
events, product insights and subject-matter expertise into multiple assets tailored to each brand, audience and platform.
- Publish and optimise: schedule and publish content across the Sensei and Altus websites, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant channels, maintaining quality, accessibility and brand consistency.
- Lead webinar and pod programs: formulate and manage regular webinar and pod series for both brands, including topic planning, speaker coordination, promotion, production, delivery and post-event repurposing.
- Collaborate across the business: work with marketing, sales, product, consulting, leadership and other internal experts to identify stories, develop briefs and take projects from concept to publication.
- Support digital experiences: maintain and update website content and contribute ideas for page layouts, campaign landing pages, user journeys and visual presentation.
- Measure and improve: monitor channel and content performance, identify trends and recommend practical improvements to formats, topics, distribution and publishing cadence.
- Explore new approaches: stay current with platform changes, creative techniques and responsible uses of AI that can improve quality, reach or production efficiency.
Desired Skills and Experience
Sound interesting? Here’s the key skills set you’ll need to qualify:
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Canva or similar design tools.
- Experience recording, producing or editing video; familiarity with Riverside or a comparable platform.
- Experience updating and publishing content through a website content management system (Webflow experience is highly regarded but not essential).
- Familiarity with social publishing, analytics and email or webinar platforms is advantageous.
- Photography, motion graphics, animation, podcast production or AI-assisted content production skills would also be valued.
- You have 1–2 years’ experience in content creation,
digital media, design, marketing or a related role, supported by a portfolio that shows your capability and potential.
- You hold a relevant degree or certificates in content production, media production, design, communications, or a related discipline.
- You are an excellent written and verbal communicator who can make complex ideas clear, helpful and engaging.
- You have a strong eye for layout, typography, visual storytelling and digital presentation.
- You can confidently create and edit video and visual content and are comfortable learning new production techniques.
- You are organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders without losing attention to detail.
- You enjoy collaborating with others, can work independently when needed and are comfortable asking questions to uncover the best story.
- You are curious about B2B software and keen to learn how enterprise and public sector organisations use technology to improve the way they work.
And here's what we value:
- People trust you - You're not just a producer; you're a storyteller who makes other people's expertise shine.
- You're curious - Always learning, always improving. You'll ask the question everyone else assumed was obvious.
- You embrace change - Two brands, two audiences and a blank calendar excites you rather than daunts you.
- You thrive in a collaborative, fun environment - Work hard, but enjoy the journey.
- You are values led - At Sensei, we actively live our values every day and are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Want In? If you're passionate about content and want to build your craft across two brands in the B2B software industry, we'd love to hear from you!
Apply now and include a cover letter telling us why you’d be a great fit. Be ready to tell us the capital of Bolivia during your interview ;)
At Sensei, we’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace where everyone has equal opportunities. We believe our differences make us stronger and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
