Note: This role is based in our Fyshwick, Canberra office.

The Role

We are looking for a full-time Digital Delivery Manager to use digital tools to support construction and design teams in delivering their projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Digital Implementation: Use digital tools to support construction and design teams in project delivery. This may include creating and managing digital environments; managing digital tools (BIM 360/ACC, Revit, Revizto, Navisworks, BIMcollab, etc., as needed); and creating data representations and graphs that show project status at any time.
- Coordination Meetings: Chair coordination meetings and issue notes, minutes and summaries to the project team, following up where necessary.
- Issue Management: Follow up and close out issues as needed. Review, comment on, and chase responsible parties for close-out.
- Client & Project Team Liaison:



Work with clients and other design and construction team members to move issues forward and complete the project's digital implementation, with the goal of keeping clients satisfied and securing repeat work.
- Internal Collaboration: Liaise with our internal team.
- Business & Team Development: Help identify current work opportunities and help build our team's knowledge base.
- Site Attendance: Occasionally visit sites to review progress or help resolve issues that arise.
- Modelling Support: Contribute occasionally to modelling work or projects that draw on your knowledge of authoring systems, working with the team to produce the output. Assist with project documentation and modelling where needed to keep the program on track.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with developing technologies and trade information. This includes a broad understanding of building services, assisting with QA procedures, and supporting software development opportunities.

Requirements

- A Diploma or Degree qualification
- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar role
