About the role

We are seeking a Marketing professional to join the team on a part-time basis in Warana, QLD. This role is pivotal in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support the growth of our business within the caravan and recreational vehicle sector. You will play a key strategic role in positioning Your Caravan Man as a trusted leader in the market, working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business objectives and enhance brand awareness
- Manage and maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels, including digital platforms, print materials, and promotional content
- Create engaging marketing content including social media posts, website copy, email campaigns, and promotional materials
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with external partners,



agencies, and vendors to execute marketing initiatives on time and within budget
- Manage social media accounts and community engagement to build customer relationships and brand loyalty
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the caravan industry
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing messages align with customer needs and business offerings
- Support the development of promotional events, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or a related marketing discipline within a commercial environment
- Strong understanding of brand development, positioning, and management principles
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and content management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as social media management software, email marketing platforms, or analytics tools




- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and make data-driven decisions
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns
- Project management capabilities with strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience within the automotive, recreational vehicle, caravan, or tourism industry is highly desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field are preferred
